Iβm Owee, and I started Kaizen Fundamentals after years of
searching for the best way to improve recovery and move with ease.
For years, I relied on yoga and static stretching, and while that helped,
something was still missing. It wasnβt until I shifted my focus to mobility
that everything changed.
My recovery improved, my body felt
more flexible and resilient, and movement became effortless,
after heavy lifting, long runs, and everyday life.
